We all face similiar challenges every day...Are things in your business exactly as you want them?

There's no arguing the fact that we're all multi-faceted, three-dimensional human beings.  We're not just restaurant and grocery store owners, and farmers or ranchers, we're spouses, partners, parents, children, neighbors, critics, consumers, and so much more.

Whatever is happening in one aspect of our lives is going to affect other areas as well.  So, if you've got a noisy neighbor, aging parents to look after, or children going through puberty, it all comes into play in your business life whether you like it or not.

We all face surprisingly similiar challenges every day. Things in business are seldom exactly as we want them, and we spend a large part of our lives trying to change that situation.

Often people choose to ignore a problem, and hope it goes away – maybe it will for a while. However to solve problems permanently you need to get to the root cause i.e. the real reason for the problem.

Here’s an example. You have extremely soft profit margins. Do you spend more to advertise, or cut back? And why? The real questions are:

  •  Do you have a marketing problem?
  • Is there utility bill money that I can save every month?
  • Will my utility company tell me all the ways I can save?
  • Why would they do that if it means decreased revenue for them?
  • What opportunities are you missing by being too intimately connected to the problem?
  • What are you not being truthful about in your business?

Maybe the answer is that last one.  If you want solutions that last, you need to be tough and honest with yourself.

This can be easier said than done. Most of us are simply too close to our business to see the problem clearly and the possibilities right in front of us. To know where to begin you need to gain distance and objectivity. Perspective is by definition, is the alternative view not offered by current positioning.

Perspective is our biggest asset to you as an enlightened business owner.

Because we don't work in your business day-to-day, our perspective is different from yours. Neither are we constrained by the reasons and assumptions that cause things to be done the way they are done. Our consultants work with business owners every single day for a living, and they could not keep such a job with us unless they really know what they are doing, and they are able to get quickly to the root cause of your problem, identify missed opportunities and work with you to create solutions that allow you to move forward.

We do not know how to do your job, and certainly do not claim that we can do your job.

We work with you to create an approach that meets your unique needs and situation. We keep you focused on the action you need to take, provide expertise and proven methods support and guide you in a way that ensures your success...period.

What's the Catch?
